Last year I had some spare reading time from other challengers and remembered this one. So I made a new goal to finish and be done with it (so I wouldn't have to write about my reading habits in art site).

This is continuation from few years ago.
For more updates on my reads, please find me on GoodReads (username is the same as here on DeviantArt).

[x] A classic romance: "The Man" by Bram Stoker
[x] A Sci-Fi novel: "Maro diena" by Andrius Tapinas
[x] A book a friend recommended: "Harry Potter and the Cursed Child" by J. K. Rowling
[x] A book you were supposed to read in school but didn't: "The Song of Roland"
[x] A book with antonyms in the title: "Juoda moteris, balta šalis" by Waris Dirie
[x] A book with bad reviews: "Harry Potter and the Cursed Child" by J. K. Rowling
[x] A book from your childhood: "Kliudžiau" by Jonas Biliūnas
[x] A book set in high school: "Harry Potter and the Cursed Child" by J. K. Rowling

[x] A play: "Harry Potter and the Cursed Child" by J. K. Rowling
[x] A book you started but never finished: "Jaunojo verterio kančios" by Johann Wolfgang von Goethe

Translation of Lithuanian titles:
"Kliudžiau" by Jonas Biliūnas - the title is a past tense first person verb, which could be most accurately translated as "hit" (as in hitting someone with a weapon, but not yet killing).
"Maro diena" by Andrius Tapinas - "The Day of the Plague".
"Juoda moteris, balta šalis" by Waris Dirie - actual title of the book is "Desert Dawn", but Lithuanian title means "Black Woman, White Country".
"Jaunojo verterio kančios" by Johann Wolfgang von Goethe - original German title "Die Leiden des jungen Werthers", English title "The Sorrows of Young Werther".

This year I will be continuing my reading challenge from last year, updating only those categories, which have no entries so far. So I won't spam you, my dear watchers, too often (especially with 'Book you own but never read') :P
And I am not going to post any new reading challenges after finishing this. If you would still be interested to know, what I am reading, you can find me on GoodReads (username is the same as here on DeviantArt). Sometimes I add book reviews on that site, but so far they are all in Lithuanian. If I read the book in English, might write review in English. But so far most of my reads are in Lithuanian.

Goodreads Reading Challenge

But I have also set up a more realistic reading challenge at Goodreads. Here I wish to read 10 books in 2015.
www.goodreads.com/challenges/3…
I completed the challenge! Three books ahead of schedule :)

Knygų iššūkis

And I also participate in Lithuanian initiative Knygų iššūkis (Challenge of Books). Every participant has to make a list of 12 books (+ 2 alternatives) to read in a year.
At first I participated in 2013 and read 8 books.
Last year I completed 10 books.
So I hope this year will be even better La la la la

I am considering giving up this one. The website got new address, new look, new idea. Now it misses the things I liked and still has so many things not done in order to work properly. I feel that it tries to become Lithuanian version of GoodReads.
